In order to file your own tax return you will need to create an account that you can use, prepare a 2023 return and file it by mail.   If someone else used your SSN or your spouse's SSN on a tax return already you will not be able to e-file, but you can file by mail.  The IRS will sort out the duplicate use of the SSN's.

Or.....have you simply forgotten how to access your own past account?  That often happens, so try the recovery tool.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
