Someone filed taxes in my name... How do I file my taxes? What form do I use?

My taxes are filed and I didn't do it.

You will have to print and mail your tax return.  Within a year the IRS will investigate and the loser of the investigation has to pay back any tax refund received plus penalties and interest.

Do I send in a regular form or is it a specific form I need?

You only print, sign, date and mail the Form 1040.  If there are any other forms or schedules that need to be included with the Form 1040 those will have an Attachment Sequence Number located in the upper right corner of the form or schedule.

Open the TT program ... complete the FILE tab again and this time choose to mail the return ... then the correct forms and instructions will be in the PDF presented.
