Someone else claimed my kids

I have physical custody of my 3 kids, my ex husband was told he was not to claim kids on taxes as they live with me full time, he claimed them already and won't ammendment his return

At this point you would have to print and mail your return to the IRS while claiming your children. Be sure to attach explanation about the custody. IRS gives the dependency for children to custodial parents. Please note that it will delay your refund since you are mailing your tax return.
