some of my documents are in photo copies, as I do not have a scanner. I also have some in PDF. Will Turbotax able to use them?

I can only provide some forms as photo copies. Will Turbotax accept?

it depends on the type of document. You have the option to enter your forms manually if you cannot successfully import or upload the document.
