solved?

I was having the same issue. After many, many attempts, I reentered the numbers but this time left off the cents, used only whole dollar amounts that equaled the total taxes withheld. This cleared up the issue and I could move forward with my filing. I checked the final 2210 form before I submitted it, and it was correct.
