Hello my name is Megan and I tried to file but it is saying someone already used my social security number. Now I started to file and went back to fix it because I accidentally put both 2018 and 2019 w2s on. So I took off 2018 and went back to finalize and it said someone already did this year. And I couldn't file twice. Then I get a confirmation email with the number TTWCC172010784 and I can't access what it is. But I went back in the website and it says nothing is filed. Please help I just want to finish the correct taxes.
