So I'm a little confused on how to mail my state refund payment and where to mail it to. What should it need and where should I mail it to?

Please see the following link to view and download or print the Massachusetts Income Tax Vouchers for Individuals as well as the instructions (and address for mailing) for them:http://www.mass.gov/dor/docs/dor/forms/inctax16/f1-nrpy/pv.pdf 

If you need to mail your payment with your Masschusetts Resident Income Tax return, make your check or money order payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and write your Social Security number on the front of your check or money order in the lower left corner. Complete and remove Form PV, Mass- achusetts Income Tax Payment Voucher, attached to the back of the envelope included in this book- let. Enclose the check and Form PV (the one listed in the link above) with your return. Form PV must be included with your check to ensure proper crediting of your account.

I already know what I need to pay the state. It said it when I filed. I'm still not sure what to do

You will print the voucher from the link attached below, fill it out and mail it in with the payment to the address at the bottom of the voucher that applies to your tax situation (for example if you filed a regular individual state tax return, you will print 2016 Income tax voucher for Individuals and follow the instructions to mail it with the payment: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.mass.gov/dor/docs/dor/forms/inctax16/f1-nrpy/pv.pdf">http://www.mass.gov/dor/docs/dor/for...>
