SO confused.Signed up. have a login. Selected Premier. it's guiding me through tax return ONLINE. I do not want to enter my info online. no option to download!???

I'm following all steps online..now asking for income. do not want online. why is this doing it this way? want to pay and download.

It sounds like it's trying to have you use our Online version, rather than our Desktop version. If you would like to use the desktop edition, you will need to pay for it first to download the program.
