When I run the Smart Check for the Federal and State combined, I get the following response.

You’re amending a tax return for the year . The program calculations and forms you are using are for the year 2025. You should use the program to do your amended return since the calculations and forms for each year are unique. If you use this program to amend your return, review the calculations and forms for the year you’re amending.
Note the end of the first sentence and between the words "the" and "program" in the second sentence. There is a space that appears to have a missing word. I am not amending a return nor have I marked that anywhere on either of the returns.
