'Slight snag' Day 2, 100+ minutes on phone with support, still can't file

Taxes completed, filed Federal (as free), but when try to pay the $25 to file CA state taxes, keep getting 'slight snag' error. over 60 minutes yesterday with support, over 40 minutes today. Today they were going to manually get the credit card payment done and we were disconnected and they never called back!

 

Is there something on my Mac that is blocking my being able to access their credit card processing?

Going to be done with Turbotax after over ten years if someone can't help me,  Jusst want to file my State taxes! And if disconnected, someone should call me back, doesn't seem much to ask.
