Should I still be getting a tax bill when I paid what I owed through TurboTax? Did they ever pay it for me? I opted for it to be taken out of my Federal refund.

Filed in February. The $198 I owed in state taxes was taken out of my refund. Now I just got a letter saying i still owe $198 and to pay it immediately to avoid interest. Did they not pay it? Was i scammed by TurbaTax?
