Yes, you can send your tax return by mail if you have been rejected multiple times.

If you provide your state, we can tell you where to send your tax returns.

My return has been rejected several times in October... I need to send them

in by mail and I don't know where to send them

Ok ...  the fed & state are mailed to different places.  If you have a copy of the return you can sign and mail then here is the federal addresses to choose from ... check your state to see where it needs to go.
