Should Box c employer name keeps saying invalid value. But it is typed just like on my W2 form?

Do you have any special characters like $ or - in the name? If so, try to remove those first. 

If that doesn't work, just enter your employers name without any special characters. It doesn't matter that much. The IRS is relying on the EIN to identify the payer much more than the name.
