As she is over 18 years old and is not a full-time student, you can claim her as a dependent if you provided more than half of her support in 2018 and she had income of less than $4,150.

You can also claim your grandchild born in December 2018. Your grandchild is considered as having lived with you the whole year.

Sorry but you did not indicate that she is a full time student in your question. But it would not change the answer. If she was a full time student, you can claim her and her baby as dependents.
