Seriously Flawed

Seriously the programs are unusable after 3 years when the IRS can go back as far as 7? So now I am supposed to pay a tax professional to help me redo everything? I paid full price for the software. I want full access for as long as I want it or I will find a company that doesn't lock their customers out of what they have purchased. Fix this or I will be posting all over social media until you pay attention and show that you care about your products and the people who use them. I have such a serious head ache because of the stress that has directly been caused by turbo tax not caring about their customers. I have never used your free services I am a paying customer. Fix this..
