Covid closed our business in 2020 and 2021.  Unemployment was collected through most of 2021. Are there any business forms that need to be filled out of the business wasn’t open?

Not if you had no income or expenses for 2021.  In some cases a business still costs money to keep active even if there is no income.  If you have any expenses and you want to take them you will need to file the business forms that you usually do.
