Hi Dawn

We elected to send a check for our taxes.  At the end, there was a sheet to print that has to go with the check. I printed it, but for some reason it did not go to my printer. I need to know how to get to that page again.

If you saved your tax returns as a PDF file to your computer, the 1040-V Form to mail with your check will be included, so you can print that page.

If you just sent a check with your SSN as Memo, the IRS would figure it out.
