When I import the 1099B from Schwab, it states it was successful. When I look at the 1099B all the information imported appears to be correct.
But when I look at the "Investment Income" page it continues to show "Available Now" in green and it does not seem to be adding the 1099B income into my overall income.

Make sure your program is updated. This can be done by logging into your desktop product. Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.
If that does not update your program, you can also manually update your program.
If you are using TurboTax Online, try clearing your cache and see if that helps.
If this does not assist, please use this link to contact us for further assistance.
I have done each of the items you recommended. I have also deleted and re-imported the information from Schwab. All the required info is in the import and shows when I review what was imported. But the information is not being placed into the tax forms and it continues to show "Available Now" in investment income section.
You may need to check each section to ensure the information is imported into the correct part of the program.
Navigate back to the input section as applicable and review the entries there. See these links for guidance on how to reach each of these sections:
Where do I enter Form 1099-INT?
Where do I enter my 1099-DIV in TurboTax Online?
Where do I enter or import a 1099-B?
If that still does not assist, please contact us to talk to an agent who will be able to see your return and confirm your experience or guide you to see the imported information.
I contacted Turbotax help and screen shared as recommended. The imported 1099B is correctly populating the forms but the step by step interview section still says "available now". The help desk person said not to worry about it as the forms and calculations are correct. I do have to say I have lost a bit of confidence in the product because there does not seem to be any urgency in fixing what is clearly a bug, even if it does not affect the final calulations.
***UPDATE***
Well, today, for the heck of it, I decided to add another 1099-B, deleted it and the 2024 information posted correctly.
I concur. After a telephone conversation that lasted over 3.5 hours, the agents concluded there was nothing they could do. While they worked diligently, we reviewed the 2023 return, uninstalled TurboTax Deluxe 2024, restarted the PC, reinstalled the program with a new license key and the result was the same. The Schwab download appears to be correct; however, the result doesn't post to the Investment Income category. Disappointing. IT guys, are you there?
