While entering K-3, this came up after entering deduction and foreign tax info. How do I determine the portion of deductions (expenses) that are US Source vs Foreign?

Usually if there isn't a breakdown on the K-3, it may be listed in a supplemental disclosure form that came with your K-1's and k-3's.
In the example you included with your screenshot, there is no foreign amount to report for other expenses since the total is $56 and the US Source is $56. The total for Foreign Source is "0" as reported in the form.
The US Source field was prefilled by turbotax. The total looks like was transferred from line 54 of k-3.
A portion was long term loss from k-1 block 9a (k-3 line 28 column (f)). The remainder was from k-1 block 13 code AE portfolio deductions (k-3 line 50 column(f)).
