Schedule K-1

I have entered K-1 information twice now.  When I go back to check, it says it has information from the prior year but none for this year.  Why isn't the information saving on the form I keep filling out? 

Also, the reason I checked at all was One has Ordinary Business Income and Rental real estate income.  Both as a very tiny loss.  But Turbo Tax says I need to fill out 2 different Schedule K-1s for the one company because both box 1 and two have amounts.  If it is a tiny loss, does it need to be filled out?  Thank you.
