Can I use the desktop Deluxe version of TurboTax 2020 to file a 

Schedule K-1 (Form 1065) Partnership form?

Yes, the desktop version of Deluxe includes all of the forms.

Just to be sure, the desktop Deluxe version has this form and the online Deluxe does not, right?

And, do you know if I can upload a saved file from the online basic free version to the desktop version?

Yes, the desktop version has the form and the online version does not.

No, you cannot upload a return created in an online version to a desktop version.
