Schedule E Worksheet Issue

Why is schedule E not calculating line 20 correctly. On all of my inputs for multiple properties have the same problem. This line is not calculated correctly.  Is there a question that I could have answered incorrectly that would cause all of my expenses to not be accepted?

Is this Line 20 on Schedule E page 1 or on the Schedule E Worksheet for the individual activity?

Are you able to identify what is missing (or added twice)?
