Hello,
I both formed and dissolved my single-member LLC in the same year, taxed as a disregarded entity. I am still operating as a sole proprietor after dissolution but got an EIN for my LLC for banking purposes. I never opened a bank account or used the EIN in any way. Since both single-member LLC and sole proprietor are disregarded entities, can I just leave the EIN off of line D of schedule C? Since my SSN is tied to the income? I did not make enough from side business for a 1099.
