Schedule B Line 7A

When I ran smart check after entering all my information I received an error that Schedule B Line 7A must be blank. I deleted the check mark and left the line blank. I ran smart check again and it says Line 7A must be checked yes or no which is what I did the first time. I've done this 3 times now and it keeps erroring out telling me to check either yes or no, run smart check and get told I must leave it blank. What's going on with my program that I'm not allowed to check this block "no" which is the correct answer. This is preventing me from completing my taxes. It won't get pass this error.
