sch k-1 Wks-S : Box 14 checkbox is checked, but there are no entries in the schedule k-3

I filled out everything from K1 as required.  Box 14 is checked but we had no foreign involvement.  Why is turbotax bugging me about this stuff?

was the k-3 box checked on the k-1? if so ask the issuer why if no foreign involvement.   or just uncheck the k-3 box so you can file.
