Says "address should not be entered directly on the Michigan Information Worksheet for Electronic Filing. Delete the address, it sends me again says it needs address?

We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify whether you are using TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?

• In TurboTax Online,
  • Close the program completely and close the browser window.
  • Re-open on a Windows 10 PC using a Chrome browser.
  • Check your My Info section on the left menu. 
    • Click the pencil icon to edit each detail area and verify that everything is input as you wish
  • Select State from the left menu and Continue.
    • Take a look at the General info to see that the interview is complete.
  • Run the Review again.
• In TurboTax CD/Download,
  • Check for Updates in the Main Menu--depending on your version of the software, check under Online or Help.
  • In the Step-by-Step section, go to the PERSONAL tab and verify your details are entered in full.
  • Go to Forms mode to find the Michigan Information Worksheet in the left menu and make the adjustment.
  • Run the Review again.
