I did not take an advance credit.
The Second Lower Cost Silver Plan amount for Column B was higher than the Column A amount.
My form 1095A had zeros in Column C but it also had zeros in Column B.
If I play with the numbers and put at least $1 in Column C it looks like I get the full amount back minus $1.

Column C of the 1095-A is the amount of the advance payment of premium tax credit. You state in your question, you did not take any of the credit. So column C would be 0's. Looks like you will get the full amount back, including the 1$. For additional information use this link. 1095-Tips
My apologies- Please try the following solutions.
1. enter .01 cents in each column C box. The total will add up to "0" rounded, and will match the IRS's totals for each column.
