Same here. The notification was sent at 9:37. It seems many people received the same message around the same time. Maybe it is systematic error.

I just got off the phone with TT.  The guy told me NOT to re-file until they fix the issue.  It looks like a programing issue on their side.  So DO NOT re-file until they notify us of the issue been fixed.
