I have the same issue. Turbotax is not very helpful and their call center never gets a physical person who you can talk to. Such a waste.

On the phone with TT now.  The guy says it looks like is a programming issue.  They may have to fix it and let us know when is complete so we can re file.

Same error, but everything looks good to me.  I refiled and hopefully it doesn't take 5 days for a rejection this time around so I can mail the return on time.  Anybody here receive the error after using the live CPA help through TT?

Same issue here Reject Code 8960_Hold. It appears turbo tax is not sending all the documents needed. This has nothing to do with form 8960

Our return was rejected for 8960_hold and it looks like a bunch of them happened today.  That has to be from TurboTax end of it.  Form 8960 looks complete to me.
