Sales expense edit button for NQSO sales does nothing

I am trying to put in the sales commission for NQSO sales using the blue "edit" sales button on the total proceeds summary page . The button does NOT take me to a page to enter the broker sales commission. It takes me to the page that says what the net proceeds were with a sales price per share adjusted for the broker commissions.

The W-2 and the 1099-B I have show the gross income before the broker commission is subtracted . The problem is that the W-2 compensation income doesn't match what turbotax is reporting as compensation income (difference being the broker commissions) . It seems like a bug in TT premier
