S Corp filing

I filed late in 2020 and eventually paid the penalty after a lot of back and forward. I received a refund of the penalty because of covid related reasons. Do I have to mention this when filing my S Corp taxes this year?

No. You didn't get to deduct the penalty when you paid it so you don't have to declare it as income when you got it back.

I filed my taxes on 1/16 and it's 1/20 today and it still shows pending. Usually, they are accepted within hours of when I file. What's happening this time?
