RSU's TurboTax Asking Questions Not Provided in 1099-B

1099's anymore  are a joke, IMHO. They no longer provide all the boxes, whether  empty or not but for my RSUs TT is asking for Box 1f and Box 15 State Id. I cannot proceed any further without these but my Box 1f is 0.00 which TT is saying there's issues and I live in California and the Box 15 for State Id on my 1099 from Fidelity Investments is blank.

Sorry, have used TurboTax for over 20 years but this is the first time with these RSUs and major frustration.

Box 1f relates to an accrued market discount.  Given that your Box 1f contains a 0, have you tried leaving box 1f blank rather than inserting a 0?  Sometimes entering a 0 interferes with the calculations.

When you enter your RSU information, if you do not check the box "I have other boxes on my 1099-B to enter," then Box 1f and Box 15 will not appear.  Because Box 1f has a 0 amount, and Box 15 is blank, try unchecking this box and see if that corrects the error that you are confronting.
