RSU amount in W2 box 14 is different from ETrade and Turbo Tax. Is that ok?

I sold RSUs in 2021 via ETrade and entered the Adjusted cost basis and sales info such as Shares Released, withheld for taxes, etc. from the "Employee Stock Plan Release Information" in Turbo Tax. The Adjusted gains matched between Turbo Tax and ETrade. But the following seem to differ. Please advise if that's ok and if not, how to trouble shoot:

(a)  RSU amount in box 14 (Other) of w2 of 2021 differed from

(b) Sum of Adjusted Ordinary income of all RSUs sold in my ETrade supplement in 2021 differed from:

(c) Turbo Tax Screen "Employee Stock Plan Results":  Title: "On your W-2 from your employer, check that the following employee stock plan amounts were included in box 1 wages" -- The amount shows in this screen under RSUs is not matching the amount in (a) nor (b) above.

Thank you!

It's not clear why you are seeing different values.  The Box 14 value may include the full value of all RSUs granted to you and may not include the share amount that was sold to cover the required tax withholding.

What is important is that whatever gain you have, and the characterization of such gain (short-term or long-term) is correct on your return.  Based on what you have stated, it appears you are confident that the gain amount is correct, so your return is accurate with regard to the sale of your RSUs.
