RMD Amount not matching total IRA distribution

Entering a RMD greater than the RMD taken from an account generates an error indicating that the difference should be entered in the correction window. However there is no correction window for a return not yet filed. And the total distribution to meet the RMD was taken from another account. So TT does not calculate total RMD and compare it to total distributions taken from several accounts. It gets in a loop asking the same correction window question if you select the no box. And if you select yes for a correction window you get error saying you don't yet have a window. I have spent 3-4 hours on the phone to TT with no resoultion except finally they say pay for their tax expert to look at it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. TT should extend the early filing discount since they can't get their program to work and GET THIS THING FIXED NOW. This has worked for the last 4 years but not now.
