review states there is more than one copy of form 8853, pg 2 for long-term long care. how may this be corrected??

Box 5 is not checked on 1099 ltc i received.

You can see the forms in your return and delete the second Form 8853 if it exists as follows:

1. Choose the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar while working on your return

2. Choose Tools

3. Choose the Delete a form option under Other Helpful links

4. If you see two of the Forms 8853 in the list, delete one of them
