Returns filed and accepted electronically. Download version has "FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT FILE" overlayed on forms.Originally rejected due to invalid PIN. Forms not updated?

Seems download file not updated after correcting PIN problem.

If your return was accepted then the forms were ready to efile.  Your guess is probably correct - the pdf copy that you got was not updated.  You can log back into your TurboTax account and print a new copy of the return that you submitted and the forms should be updated.

Thanks for responding. I have signed back into Turbo Tax numerous times and the DOWNLOAD/PRINT version still has the FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT FILE overlayed in the document.  When contacting Turbo Tax concerning this, I was told to go to AMEND (change) RETURN and go to TAX TOOLS PRINT CENTER to get a copy of my return. Did that and the overlay was gone.  However, found another problem in that the return in TAX HOME and the one in PRINT CENTER are different.  In TAX HOME I am getting a refund and in TAX CENTER I owe the IRS.  The reason for this is that I took an RMD from my retirement account and the PRINT CENTER version is not recognizing the RMD, so the system is charging me a penalty and causing a TAX DUE instead of a TAX REFUND. I talked with a Turbo Tax on this today and the representative is looking into this further.  I can see my RMD in Turbo Tax and I was able to file the return.  Don't know where the problem lies, something I did wrong or with Turbo Tax. Hopefully, the IRS will process the return. Should know in about three weeks.  I have done the IRS tracker and it comes back saying they are processing.  As I stated in my original note, my return was initially rejected due to an INVALID PERSONAL PIN. I corrected that and refiled and the return was accepted. However, I never received a text or email that it was accepted. I actually logged on to Turbo Tax to find out,  Also, I never received that Turbo Tax recap that you usually get after filing/accepting a return. Seems to me that Turbo Tax didn't do a final processing after returns were accepted. I have been using Turbo Tax for probably 20 years, the online version for probably 10 years or more.

On March 8, I signed into Turbo Tax and the print version of my return was correct in PRINT CENTER.  It no 

longer had me owing the IRS.  Don't know how it was updated.  Assume Turbo Tax did something.  

 

The version in TAX HOME still has the overlay of FORM NOT FINAL DO NOT PRINT on it. Guess the problem is

resolved.  I have a correct copy of my federal and state returns.
