returned 2020 RMD

I returned the RMD in 2020. I deleted the original 1099R entry and reentered and checked the box that none was an RMD. However as soon as I indicate that the IRA was inherited from someone born before 1948, it shows as taxable... even though I have indicated on next TT screen that none of the distribution was a RMD....

Any help here?
