I had a return done on my old card but I forgot report that card lost and there still isn't no money on my account

    If you have filed the 2019 tax return and the direct deposit information is incorrect, the bank will reject the deposit and return the refund to the IRS.  The IRS will then send a refund check in the mail to the address on the tax return.

     

    If you have NOT filed 2019 tax return you can change the direct deposit information in the File section of the online program on Step 2
