When I go to Tax Tools and click to clear and start over my return I get the error message, "We are sorry, something went wrong while trying to clear your return." I have been trying for over 2 days and nothing. I am doing this because I am also getting a message when I try to e-file that I was told it's because I switched to free return after starting out the deluxe version. How do I clear my return?
