Try using 0 for your AGI.
Hello,
ok so I am confused here
I have the same issue AGI I entered is correct from las year and it was rejected by the IRS
my question is this is for a return that was filed together as married couple
why is the software asking me to enter separate AGIs?
do I enter zero "0" on 1 of them?
it should be one AGI not 2 correct?
@rone714745 did it work for you? please let me know I have the same issue
I already tried entering a Zero but it still got rejcted
thank you!
If you filed joint, you will use the same AGI for both spouses. So use the correct AGI for both and if that doesn't work, use 0 for both.
did not work
I recently reported that this did not work. After changing to zero I had refiled only to receive another rejection notice. After posting my previous comment I received another message saying that it was accepted. I am assuming that this is an IRS problem. But I am glad that it finally accepted my federal return still waiting on state.
Thank you for the update! We are glad your return was accepted.
