Maybe there is a typographical or formatting difference.
mmddyyyy, mmddyy, and mm/dd/yyyy are different.
01/02/2003 is different from 1/2/03.
Try to find how the original was entered, either on a previous return or printed form.
That might give you a clue.
first make sure you entered the correct date in Turbotax with nothing extra. if you successfully e-filed last year with that birth date then something is wrong with the IRS database. you'll need to contact them to see if it can be fixed.

then check it against an official document like a birth certificate.
if both agree then the issue is with the Social Security Adm. the date they have doesn't match and it's they that furnish your birth date to the IRS. if this is the case you'll have to contact them to find out the procedure to correct their info. this usually requires an office visit along with whatever documentation the SSA requests. it's unlikely that this will get fixed by 4/18/2023 so your options are to paper file or extend and hope the issue gets fixed by the extended due date. if not, then it's paper filing.
Just delete your sponse and enter again. That normally corrects it
