i have tried several times and i cannot get assistance to fiix problem I cant use phone but can text or email because iof ALS text [phone number removed] email [email address removed]

What is the error code you are getting?

If you can't e-file, you can print and mail the return.

If you have a state return as well, be sure to mail a copy of the Federal 1040 with the state return.

I filed my Tax return 2023 and both Federal and State returns were accepted. For IRS "No return is on file". How is it possible? How can I fix this?Turbotax, any help?
