To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the online account.

Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one).  Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.

Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address.  Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

If you still cannot access your account, you can contact TurboTax customer service/support through their contact website during business hours.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for a contact link and hours of operation - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3401489

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Support can also be reached by messaging them on these pages https://www.facebook.com/turbotax/ and https://twitter.com/TeamTurboTax

We may be able to help you find your 2018 return if it was prepared in Online TurboTax.  Any return prepared in desktop software (CD/download) will not be in an online account.

But why are you needing the 2018 AGI??   Are you by any chance preparing a 2019 return?   If so, a 2019 return cannot be efiled and so would not need a 2018 AGI for efile verification purposes.   It has to printed, signed, dated, and postal mailed.    AND a 2019 return cannot be prepared online.  It has to be prepared in 2019 desktop software (CD/download).  So I hope you are not trying to prepare a 2019 return online.   At this point in time Online TurboTax is ONLY for 2020 returns.    If you mistakenly prepared a 2019 return in current Online TurboTax, do NOT file it, or you'll have problems.

We can tell you more, including how to look for the 2018 return (you might have multiple accounts), when you explain your situation.

If the 2018 return was prepared online, is the 2018 return not in the current account you are using?  Here's how to check:

Log in and at the Tax Home, scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents".  Expand that section and choose Tax Year 2018.   If there is no evidence of the 2018 there, then you likely have multiple accounts.   We can tell you how to troubleshoot to find the right one.    But as I mentioned above, we don't yet know why you are wanting the 2018 AGI, and want to make sure you are not mistakenly preparing a 2019 return in Online TurboTax, which is currently only for a 2020 return.
