I live in Texas. My job is in Texas. My employer is located in Louisiana. Why when I filed my out of state tax for Louisiana as a non resident do they say I owe money. I prepared on Intuit and received a $750 refund (all that was held out of my check). Now they want this money back and more. How do I correct this?

Did you actually (physically) perform any work in Louisiana? If not, then your work income is not subject to Louisiana taxes.
Louisiana can only tax non-residents on Louisiana-source income. Work income is "sourced" where the work is actually performed, regardless of where the employer is located.
also, if you physically work in TX, then why is the payroll department withholding tax for LA? that is a conversation that should be had as well.
Employees pay tax to the state where they physically work or actually live; where the employer is located is immaterial. (and since you are in TX, there is no state income tax)
