Reporting Stock Photo Royalties of 1099 MISC, as a hobby income and not business income

How do I report the $22 royalties earned from Stock photos sales for which I have received 1099 MISC (amount filled in box 2), as a non-business income, in TT 2018 Premier.

How will that help? TT is tagging this royalty as business income, however it is just a hobby income with no intent of profit. Just $22 bucks in 2018

If I show it as property income, it asks for property address and then it might ask for property tax etc. 

Is there no other section where I can just report it as hobby income. Does everything have to be either salary income or business income? There are no other categories for so many things people do online these days!!

I am filing my tax via TT 2018 Premier, how do I access that line#21? TT is walking me through various sections of income and deductions by asking questions. How do I see schedule 1?
