Reporting non-covered securities on 1099b

I received a 1099B for fractional shares that I received from a merger. It's for less than $15 and it shows in box 5 (non-covered securities). There are also astericks. One says that subtotals and Grand totals are provided as a courtesy and not provided by the IRS. Do I need to report this 1099B on my taxes?

Any time you receive a 1099-X it should be reported on your taxes.
