Reporting display bug in carrying over 2021 into 2022 state and local taxes greater than $10,000

It's ridiculous that Turbo Tax doesn't have a way to report bugs online. Community Forum previous chats were no help. I tried calling in and after 47 minutes on hold (and that was after battling the voice prompts), I gave up. In 2022 Turbo Tax, the reduction of my 2021 state and local taxes greater than $10,000 isn't showing. The Total deductions are showing properly (I compared to my 2021 turbo tax), but the reduction for the taxes greater than 10,000 shows as zero and I know I had a reduction last year. I don't need help. I'm just trying to have the courtesy of having Turbo Tax fix this display issue to help others so they don't waste time like I did.
