Try this and see if this clears the issue for you. Please log completely out of TurboTax. Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies. After this, close completely out of the browser. Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax. Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.

Thank you, however, none of that solved the issue. Eventually, I had to get creative and found a way to work around it. Yay for me. It's somewhat difficult to explain exactly *how* I did it, but if you want more details, let me know. I kept getting that error page no matter how many ways I tried to bypass that one particular page at the very beginning of the process. The page, along with the questions it was asking wasn't particularly important/crucial to moving forward on the return, so I was able to complete the return after I found the work-around. (FWIW, this is a first for me to run into this type repeat error after using TT for decades, so I thought it was very odd. For others' sake, hope I.T. dept. took care of it eventually.) Thanks.
