I've been trying to file my return for a while. Among complex situations and advising which was inconclusive , I decided to upgrade to full service. After a few conversations with my expert, I got a message notification from my tax expert and when I logged in, I saw I was removed from full service and had to start again. I never got to read the message because I was removed. Has this ever happened to you? TurboTax was great for me on the last few years, but this year it has been issue after issue.

Thank you for the information, but this is guiding me to talk with an assistant. I don't want to talk with an assistant. I did it before when I first upgraded to live but except for one time it didn't help me get the answers I needed. I upgraded to full service hoping for more, but I've been removed from full service (potentially by the tax expert themselves).
This is not a tax issue. It's a poor experience issue. With all the time I invested trying make TurboTax work for me, I probably could have filed the tax myself or with other software/company.

I was also removed from full Service without any explanation.
This is a bad experience and had to start over all again.
