Remote work taxes

Hi TurboTax Community, I have a staff member who lives in Georgia and will be working fully remote from their for my organization which is based in North Carolina. Should she be paying income to Georgia and/or North Carolina?

She lives and works in Georgia, so she pays Georgia tax.

There are a few states that tax people who work remotely from another state, but North Carolina is not one of them.
